I REALLY enjoyed that tremendously - it was fantastic - what a brilliant innovation.

It's not the first time that education in Queensland has been in the fore front of ideas. I hope I can be involved again in future festivals.

Congratulations on your superb information package and presentation… You have done a fantastic piece of work and created a great resource. I am SO impressed at all the facets and angles you have covered in such detail… This is a great initiative. Having travelled so much in the pre-IT era in remote areas of Queensland, NT, SA and WA to speak in schools and libraries, I can really appreciate how much this festival offers isolated schools and especially the teachers and librarians who used to feel so cut off from professional support and interaction.

I want to thank you as well. It was a fabulous experience and I so enjoyed it and found my moderator (Nattalie) terrific and the kids simply delightful.

Thank you for your time and effort and for making the technology so easy to use and the entire experience possible.

Again, thank you for everything. You and your team's hard work made the festival a breeze and absolute delight to be involved in. I'm thrilled that you'll consider me for next year.

It's such a worthwhile experience and a great way of reaching those kids who'd normally miss out on meeting authors. Well done!!

I enjoyed learning about writing. I would love to do the chat again. This form of communication can be more open in terms of sharing your own views on certain topics.

Chatting with an author inspires us.

The world seems a lot smaller to me when we join up people from all over the country.

Exciting and different to what we have done before.

I never thought it would be such a great way to communicate.

My favourite part of the chat was when Libby gave advice to us young authors.

I am now more fond of the authors books and know what the books are trying to tell the readers. This has been an inspiring and impressive chat. Thank you for everything.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this experience!

That online festival was brilliant! I'm so pleased that we got involved. An author study is so much more meaningful when they then have opportunity to chat with the author.

We had a number of sessions and the kids all but ate the books in their enthusiasm!
