The 2008 Bunya to the Bay Eco Adventure offered three options for online participation.
Three levels of participation: observe, appreciate and investigate.
Follow the River Ambassadors journey online and complete the Eco Adventure daily challenges.
Follow the online journey and showcase online, work that reflects "appreciation" of our waterways and environment.
Follow the online journey, explore local environmental issues using an action research model and submit research findings online.
These options allowed teachers and their students from P-12 flexibility in the degree to which they wished to participate. The online activities incorporated a number of key learning areas enabling students to express themselves through their chosen medium.
We encourage students to articulate their concerns and be proactive about the future of their local environment.
