What an exciting week…
Select VFT notes from the left menu. This will open a WYSIWYG edit screen.
Roll your mouse over the different options to show what that icon does. For example, the little world icon is how you insert a hyperlink.
Type in your text, check the display, formatting and spelling and select Update details.
Select Resources to upload a file, add a website or a paper reference to your VFT notes page. Files can include .jpg images, panoramas, video and audio. Large .jpg files will automatically be changed into panoramas.
Tips
Once a resource is uploaded, you can copy the pathway (right mouse click – and copy the URL in Properties) and hyperlink from the text in your notes directly to the resource. This is particularly useful if you don’t want the resource displayed only if you select a hyperlink.
Any text you update will automatically be displayed in your VFT Notes area. It is always a good idea to have two browser windows open: your VFT Management and your actual VFT. Toggle between the two screens after you update and refresh the screen to see the new information.

Select the Edit option next to each area to add content.
Tip
Partner teachers can add content to this area too. The Owner teacher needs to check this content for relevance and accuracy.
