The centre boasts 6-8 flexible learning spaces, all of which are fitted with the latest in ICT. This includes laptops and desktop computers, high speed wireless internet, videoconferencing, sound studio and an extensive array of audiovisual equipment.

By accessing the booking form you can secure a room for your workshop/conference or meeting.
Within 48 hours of receipt of your email, you will be forwarded a Confirmation Sheet & Payment Advice form. These forms must be completed and faxed to 07 5459 4598 to confirm your booking.
Cancelling your booking after confirmation will incur a charge of 25% of the room hire. However, if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your booking the full charge will apply.

Payment
Education Queensland clients will be direct debited. Clients external to Education Queensland can pay by either Cheque (made payable to Education Queensland) or via Credit Card.
Cancellations
All cancellations are to be advised via email to the ICT Learning Innovation Centre. When doing so please state your booking number, date of the booking, time and location.
Cancelling your booking after confirmation will forfeit room hire.
Equipment
The ICT Learning Innovation Centre can arrange all the equipment necessary to ensure your workshop/conference/meeting is a success. Please advise all setup and equipment requirements.
Conditions
Prices are subject to change, however once a booking is confirmed, the price remains unchanged.
