A range of different learning experiences are designed for each Master Class to enable rich and substantive dialogue, exploration of ICT opportunities, collaboration and reflection on practice to occur.

Each master Class is unique to fit the purpose of the specific program. Session activities vary. Provided below is some recent feedback on the various types participants found useful:

What are Master Classes?

The current offerings in the Master Class Digital Pedagogy series are being offered by the ICT Learning Innovation Centre. The current 2012 offerings include:

• English Years 8-10 - 19-20th March 2012
• LOTE Years 4 -10 - 30th April - 1st May 2012
• History - 21 - 22 May
• Early Phase - Dates TBC
• Maths Years 8 - 10 Dates TBC

Throughout a Master Class program we endeavour to create a 'Professional Learning Community' where we all learn and develop together. An article by Joan Dalton explains this further. The sharing of our knowledge and experiences helps us to understand better, ways in which we can move forward.
