The Learning Place has completed an audit of all Professional Community sites. The audit concentrated on the following issues:

• The hosting of corporate content
• Out of date content
• Inconsistencies and formatting
• Hyperlink issues

A document highlighting the most commonly found mistakes and how to fix them, is available for all community editors.

SPAM attack
Spam robots have been gathering the emails from the footers of our Professional Communities. We have put into place some system changes to prevent further SPAM attacks.

All emails are now embedded in a FLASH image. Although this prevents SPAM attacks, it also means that your members have to have FLASH Player installed on their computers or devices.

These can be implemented through EdNA Online. Using the Generators is a quick and easy way to add EdNA Online's Shared Information Services to your website.
