Becoming Queensland 1859 – 1909 is an on-line exhibition that weaves together stories about the people and places during Queensland’s first fifty years.  Drawn from treasures in the John Oxley Library, the exhibition provides users with first-hand experience of those times.

Education Queensland has developed a series of inquiry-based online student units aligned with the Essential Learnings at Years 3, 5, 7, and 9. The online units encourage students to engage with the Q150 themes and to work toward a culminating event that classes and schools can share with their greater community.
