The 2008 Bunya to the Bay presented by Seqwater was announced the winner of the Veolia Water Schools Award at the Healthy Waterway Awards presented at Portside Wharf on Wednesday night 20th May.
Healthy Waterway Awards are presented to various categories of organisations demonstrating leadership in their fields, whilst linking in with the South East Queensland’s Healthy Waterways Partnership. This Vision is By 2026, our waterways and catchments will be healthy ecosystems supporting the livelihoods and lifestyles of people in South East Qld, and will be managed through collaboration between community, government and industry.
