How the Grinch Stole Christmas 2008 film Rap enables students to act as 'mini movie makers', designing and creating scripts, costumes and sets for their very own Grinch movie production. Wow!

The Jingle Bells Christmas 2008 music Rap invites students to write their own lyrics to the melody of the well known Christmas Carol 'Jingle Bells'.

Congratulations to all those who have either created or participated in a rap in 07. We have seen some extremely high quality work! Some exemplars include:

Shaun Tan's 'The Arrival' book rap: The visual literacy skills of these students from Bald Hills State School should be applauded!

Libby Gleeson's 'Amy and Louis' book rap: What imaginations 3T from Mansfield have! And they aren’t frightened to use a video camera and other technology to prove it!

Narelle Oliver's 'Home' book rap: Wow! The media these rappers used to create their rap replies is as diverse as the schools who participated! Well done everyone!
