The Smart Classrooms’ 21 Steps to 1-to-1 Success Principal Program is a 2 day workshop lead by Bob Rodgers and Adrian Greig to enhance the knowledge of lead Principals and school leadership teams and to help them build a shared vision and understanding of the potential of 1-to-1 learning. It will challenge school leaders to create a highly effective blueprint for 1-to-1 learning in their school or school district.

This workshop is particularly targeted to Education Queensland schools receiving NSSCF monies and who are trying to come to terms with the challenges of providing every student from Years 9 - 12 with access to computers. 

Successfully implementing a 1-to-1 program in school relies on an equal focus on:

• a strongly supported vision and culture across the whole school community
• an understanding of the processes, policies, risks and opportunities involved in transforming a school to a 1-to-1 learning environment
• effective technical infrastructure and support
• development of constructivist, student-centred pedagogies
• structured professional development for staff.
  
  Audience: Principals, Deputy Principals (other ICT school leaders can only attend if accompanied by a Principal or Deputy Principal)
